**While gratuities are included in your package price, you should consider having small bills ($1, $5, $10) on hand to tip airport employees, shuttle drivers and anyone you feel has provided exceptional service to you during your stay.
What's Not Included
- Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing. The airport code in CABO is SJD. You are required to provide your flight details by completing the required form BY JUNE 1, 2026 . The transportation is ONLY for the dates that you book your trip with us. Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation.
- Travel insurance is Not included - You can protect your investment by purchasing the external travel insurance. The CABO Takeover is 100% NON refundable for ANY reason. You will be given a link to receive a quote for insurance. We recommend you add the cancel for any reason to your insurance. If you accept the quote, the full cost of the insurance will be due at the time of booking. You will receive a copy of your policy at the time of purchase. In the event of cancellation, you will need to contact the insurance company directly for any questions pertaining to your policy. Including refunds and cancellations. You can also choose to purchase insurance from any company of your choice.
- Spa Service is Not included
- OPTIONAL excursions are Not included
- Items of a personal nature, souvenirs are not included
- The credit card convenience fee is not included. The credit card company will list the full amount of the fee on your invoice, the fee will be divided equally into your monthly payments. If you choose to Pay in full at the time of booking, the credit card processing fee will be waived and refunded back to your card within 30 days. Both roommates are required to PAY IN FULL to receive the refund. The full reservation including your roommate's portion must be paid in full at the time of booking ONLY to receive the refund. This fee is only waived if everyone on your reservation pay in full at the time of booking.
- Country Levy- There is a mandatory tourism tax of $5 per person per night for each passenger. The Tourism tax will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.
